Our founders spent years working for large rubber, urethane and equipment manufacturers, where between them they built over 40 years of deep technical knowledge across every product line we carry today. They were good at what they did. But they wanted to do it differently.

About 10 years ago, they made the decision to build something of their own — rooted in Alberta, driven by values, and focused on the kind of service that big corporate companies rarely make time for. Xtreme was born not out of necessity, but out of a genuine desire to do things better.
